It might take a bit longer...okay, a lot longer! And they might need a little extra care. But when you taste that first spring harvest, it makes it all so worth it!

We planted these Brussels Sprouts in the late spring of 2023 and just harvested in April 2024!

It took around 310 days for full growth and they survived temperatures below 0°F many, many times!
