In one of her recent shares, Lisa wrote a blog article about the answers she received when asking survivors “What happened when you didn’t get out of your sra family quick enough”

Lisa writes, “In most families, the whole family is unsafe. A very few, have a parent, or maybe both, who didn’t know. It might have been grandparents or uncles, or schools or something else. But that is rare. Usually, it is the whole family. The last person that the survivor realizes is unsafe is the mom because that is the biggest blow.”
