Hour 1: Trump Trial Day 2 - Free Speech, Political Speech, and Intimidation. Jeff and Bill examine Day 2 of the Trump trial and how difficult it is to seat a jury. How would you determine IF a juror would be biased towards the prosecution or defense? How far back in their history to we go? What about family members? Can anyone really be neutral? Will Trump be fined or even face jail time for allegedly violating the gag rule in the case? Would the judge throw him in jail?

Hour 2: Does the court gag order violate Former President Trump's First Amendment Rights? After a replay of the conversation with afternoon host Brndon Tatum, Jeff, Bill and callers discuss the rules of a gag order and if the current order is a violation of Trump's Free Speech rights. Is this election interference or reasonable restraint?

Hour 3: What does the Transportation Secretary do? Pete Buttigieg was in Colorado and did a press conference with Colorado Attorney General, Phil Weiser to announce a new program allowing state AG's to investigate airlines over complaints. Will this help or fix anything? Is the solution more government regulations or investigations? If not, what is your solution?

Hour 4: The Denver Post is so impressed with Denver Mayor Mike Johnston is doing such a good job with immigrants, it should become a national resettlement program. Do you agree? Jeff, Bill and callers discuss how the immigration system spiraled out of control, what are the solutions, and IF anyone really wants to fix it. Do you feel either the Dems or the GOP wants the immigration system to work properly? We get calls from a long-time immigration attorney and a tax preparer who give us great insight into the failures inside the system.
