Dutch politician Pepijn van Houwelingen asks Mark Rutte a question for clarification from a preliminary debate. "If the sabotage on the Nordstream pipeline was carried out by the Americans why he (Mark Rutte) would not call it an act of terror". At this Mark Rutte begins to laugh because he is exposed for his statement. Laughing he breaks off the debate and shows off his WEF bag to parliament.
