Let's dive into the idea of reconciliation today. You know, that thing about making amends and fixing things up, not just with others but also with the uncreated Creator.
Now, imagine you're all set to offer your gift at the altar, feeling pretty good about yourself. Suddenly, you remember your buddy isn't too happy with you. What does Matthew 5:23–24 say? Well, it's like, "Hold up, leave that gift, go sort things out with your buddy, and then come back and do your thing." It's like an ancient version of "don't bring that positive energy in here until you've cleared the air."
