Mark Meckler: Maine’s new popular vote law disenfranchises voters

Convention of States President and Co-Founder Mark Meckler says Maine’s new law that awards its electoral votes for president to the winner of the national popular vote breaks the balance between big states and small states. Meckler slams the new law as anti-federalist.
