Heavy Rains And Flash Floods In Afghanistan

The Afghan government disaster management agency reported at least 33 deaths in three days of heavy rains and flash floods in Afghanistan.
Since April 12, heavy rains have hit Afghanistan, causing floods. 20 of 34 provinces are affected. The hardest hit provinces were Kabul, Farah, Herat, Kandahar and Zabul.
As of April 15, 33 people were killed, 27 were injured, and about 600 houses were damaged or destroyed.
Climate is changing due to 12,000 year cycle.
