Once, Hazrat Ali (R) was walking through the streets of Kufa when he came across a beggar who was blind and destitute. The beggar asked Hazrat Ali for some help, to which Hazrat Ali replied, "I have nothing to give you except for what I earn by the labor of my hands. Come with me, and I will share with you whatever I can."

Hazrat Ali took the beggar to his home and gave him some food and clothes. The beggar was deeply touched by Hazrat Ali's kindness and asked him, "Why are you so generous to me, a stranger and a beggar?"

Hazrat Ali replied, "I do this not for your sake but for the sake of the One who created us all. It is my duty to help those in need and to show kindness to others, regardless of their circumstances."

The beggar was amazed by Hazrat Ali's humility and compassion and asked to be guided to the path of Islam. Hazrat Ali gladly accepted his request and taught him about the teachings of Islam, eventually leading the beggar to embrace the faith.

**Voice of Hazrat Ali (R):**
"If you find that somebody is not grateful for all that you have done for him, then do not get disappointed, perhaps Allah intends to teach you that your kindness should not be dependent on the gratitude of others."

Hazrat Ali's words resonate with the importance of showing kindness and generosity without expecting anything in return, as true benevolence comes from a place of sincerity and compassions.
