New Winton Woods school gyms will double as storm shelters

Later this year, construction will begin on the first of two brand new schools for Winton Woods City School District. But the project is facing a large, unexpected expense: storm shelters. The two high-tech schools will replace the district's six current buildings. The total cost is $108 million, with $3.2 million going to technology. oIn the new buildings, the gyms will also be storm shelters.
