OSL 61 - Vote To Stop Illegal Spying On Americans Fails; Congress Ignores Oath To Constitution

A re-vote was had to the FISA bill, which allows the government to illegally spy on U.S. citizens without a warrant. Congress violated it's oath again by allowing spying to continue.
