Ben Whedon reports on Judge Noreika’s refusal to dismiss gun charges against Hunter Biden

Just the News Evening Editor Ben Whedon says U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika likely had a hard time buying Hunter Biden’s claims that his case was politically motivated when denying his motion to dismiss gun charges. “This is about him allegedly lying on a federal gun form about being a drug user while he’s actually trying to buy a gun. And then it’s also charges related to him possessing that gun while still being a drug user,” Whedon explains.
