WORKOUT:
1️⃣ Single DB bilateral front raise
10-12 reps, 3-4 sets
2️⃣ Unilateral standing shoulder press
10-12 reps, 3-4 sets Each side
3️⃣ Unilateral upright row
10-12 reps, 3-4 sets Each side
4️⃣ Unilateral pronating front raise
10-12 reps, 3-4 sets each side
