I always threw out the chickpea cooking water until I discovered this.
Do not throw it away, you can make many incredible recipes with this ingredient.
The water for cooking chickpeas is called: Aquafaba.
It works amazingly in the kitchen and can substitute for eggs in many recipes.
If you have an egg problem (allergy) or just don't want to eat eggs, use chickpea aquafaba instead.
