GOP Lawmakers Demand US Retaliate Against Iran Over Attack On Israel

Republican lawmakers are urging the United States to retaliate against Iran following its recent drone and missile attacks on Israel.

Iran launched hundreds of suicide drones and ballistic missiles in response to an airstrike on its consulate building in Syria, which killed top Iranian commanders.

President Joe Biden had pledged to support Israel, but aid to the country was delayed due to divisions within the Republican party.

Rep. Steve Scalise announced that the House would prioritize legislation providing aid to Israel in response to the attack, Mediaite has reported.
