Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth Sales Numbers are a Serious Problem

Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth is not just Game of the Year material, this is a best of all time conversation. This is easily one of the best made games ever but if sales data is to be believed, not many people have experienced this masterpiece first hand.

Chalk it up to the Final Fantasy franchise being damaged. PlayStation as a brand not being what it once was. Bad information from reviewers soured on AAA Gaming and reboots/remakes/sequels/prequels or what have you. You can point to excuse after excuse, but the facts are the facts.

Once the exclusivity comes to an end and a PC version is available, we will better know the fate of games of this quality will be.

If you have a PlayStation 5 or are interested enough in picking one up for the game, I cannot recommend this game highly enough; that is until I do a full review of this instant classic: and that includes the ending.
