Refined processed sugar and artificial sweeteners are in almost all manufactured food products and some of these pose a very real threat to our health and longevity. However, for those who have a sweet tooth, there are natural alternatives we can use that are without additives, chemicals and artificial preservatives. We can still have the sweet taste but, in moderation, not in excessive amounts and still maintain a healthy diet.
