Although psychopaths make up a large portion of the criminal population, most do not commit crimes. A lack of empathy, manipulativeness, recklessness, narcissism, pathological lying, superficial charm, lack of regret, boredom propensity, bullying, and a need for power and control are among the ten main characteristics of psychopaths.
