✖️June 2, 2024 |💥🕛 In a covert operation on June 1, the World Health Assembly adopted a text to reform the International Health Regulations (IHR) that was previously unknown to the public⛔. The reform includes the fact that the WHO Director-General can now ⚠️declare a pandemic if he sees a risk that health systems will be overwhelmed, as is the case with any major flu epidemic. A WHO pandemic treaty is to be agreed within a year.

⚡The World Health Assembly is the decision-making body of the WHO. June 1 was the last day of this year's assembly in Geneva. Shortly after 9 p.m., the assembly adopted additions to the IHR that had been negotiated 🌀until a few hours earlier. The voting delegations were therefore not aware of a text until a few hours before the vote⏰. The WHO did not announce the result of the vote. It is possible that this was an adoption by consensus. ❌

The public only found out afterwards what had been decided, and the published text had not even been finalised. It still contains deletions and bolding and provisional designations for the paragraphs to be inserted.

In order for the IHR reform to be adopted properly at this World Health Assembly, Article 52 of the IHR stipulated that a text ready for voting should have been available and distributed four months in advance. This regulation is intended to enable governments, parliamentarians and citizens of the signatory states to examine and discuss the content and scope of the intended reform. The WHO has simply ignored this mandatory procedural requirement.

The new category of pandemic emergency is particularly strange and suspicious because it does not have any independent consequences in any of the 21 places after the term was introduced. Nowhere does it say that anything follows from classifying a health emergency of international concern as a "pandemic emergency". However, the WHO Director-General should always make it explicit whether he also classifies it as a "pandemic emergency" when declaring a health emergency of international concern.

One can only speculate why it was important to the IHR negotiating body to introduce this seemingly pointless additional definition. One possibility is that the "pandemic emergency" is only to be given meaning through the WHO pandemic treaty.

The States Parties must develop, strengthen and maintain their risk communication, including combating misinformation and disinformation, as a core competency and implement this no later than five years after the amended IHR comes into force (Annex 1 A, Art. 13 para. 1). The contracting states thus commit themselves to information control.

The international financial institutions, e.g. the IMF and the World Bank, are to be sworn to take the needs and national priorities of developing countries into account when implementing the IHR through an addition to Article 44.

In plain language, this means that the loans and grants of the international financial organizations and their refusal are to be used as a means of pressure to urge or compel poorer countries to implement the WHO's recommendations.

The so-called One Health approach and the associated authorization of the WHO to be able to declare any zoonosis and also events and developments with indirect effects on health, such as climate change, a health emergency were not included in the reform document.

It also does not contain any binding regulations on the suspension of patent rights or the mandatory delivery of medicines to the WHO for distribution to poorer countries in the event of a pandemic.

WHO pandemic treaty to come
The negotiations on reforming the IHR were conducted in the shadow of the negotiations on a WHO pandemic treaty, which received much more public attention but were presumably less important. These were declared to have failed for the time being shortly before the World Health Assembly.

The member states have now agreed to continue negotiations on a pandemic treaty. The negotiating body (INB) is to reach a result by the next World Health Assembly in a year at the latest. If this is successful sooner, the treaty is to be adopted at an extraordinary World Health Assembly.

Ahead of the World Health Assembly under the theme “All for Health: Health for All,” Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus announced that negotiations on a pandemic treaty and updated international health regulations are ongoing. Many interpret this as a partial victory against the forces that want to give the WHO more powers. However, this does not mean that the proposals will be rejected.1 Rather, the negotiation period for the pandemic treaty will be extended to 5 to 24 months while the negotiations on the health regulations take place were concluded on June 1.2 The health regulations govern the response to a global health emergency (including the establishment of an “emergency committee”), while the treaty aims to create an international framework for “prevention, preparedness and response to pandemics”.The The treaty also includes a decision-making body, the Conference of the Parties (similar to the annual UN climate summit COP), which meets once a year to review the implementation of the agreement, as well as the One Health concept, which aims at achieving a sustainable balance and optimizing health of people, animals and ecosystems.3 The One Health concept was developed in September 2004 at a symposium with leading health experts organized by the World Conservation Society at Rockefeller University in New York under the motto “One World, One Health”.4 Representatives from the WHO, the FAO, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), among others, took part. Their final product, the so-called Manhattan Principles, contained twelve recommendations for a “more holistic approach” to epidemic prevention. In practice, this means a fusion of the climate/environmental and health agendas. These are two of the areas identified by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund's Special Studies Project in the late 1950s as beneficial for building a new world order (One World) were highlighted.

The dream of the 2050 Agenda envisages the closure of Berlin as the capital. The politicians there are no longer needed. Berlin is too big. The municipalities and states must once again take care of the people. Democracy can only work on a small scale. And democracy must permeate the whole of society. Everywhere. Because: Either we have democracy or we don't.

We, the undersigned, oppose the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), an attempt to implement the public health equivalent of a “one-world government” in violation of individual nations’ and citizens’ inalienable rights and sovereignty.

Please amplify your voice by emailing or calling your president, prime minister, members of parliament, senators, representatives, and other public servants to respectfully request that they sign the declaration and oppose the IHR amendments. We, the undersigned, oppose the proposed amendments to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) existing 2005 International Health Regulations (IHR) and stand in support of all people’s right to health sovereignty and self-determination.

The United States’ proposed amendments to the IHR are set to be considered at the 75th World Health Assembly, which begins on the 22nd of May, 2022. The proposed amendments, however, create an ambiguity relating to the date they become effective as the proposed amendments expressly state they will become effective six months after the date of notification by the Director-General, whereas the existing IHR provides that amendments become effective 18 months after notification by the Director-General.

If accepted, these legally binding amendments would come into effect for all member states except those that explicitly reject them. Under Article 59 of the IHR, de facto approval is assumed for any member states that fail to reject or take reservation to the amendments.

The existing IHR, adopted in 2005, respect the sovereignty of all member nations. The proposed amendments, however, would expand and codify the WHO’s authority to implement global health mandates in direct violation of national sovereignty and citizens’ rights.

These proposals attempt to eliminate a nation’s autonomy, during times of real, assumed or anticipated public health emergencies, affording the WHO unilateral power in assessing and determining a health emergency and empowering the WHO to dictate policy and response.

All of this comes on the heels of the COVID-19 crisis during which the WHO grossly mismanaged all facets of the global health response by encouraging economy-destroying lockdowns, suppressing early preventive treatments and recommending interventions that have proven to be neither safe nor effective.

Under the guise of health regulations, these amendments would permit the WHO to seize executive governance powers over member states, granting governing powers to unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats.

Below are just a few of the many ambiguous and concerning provisions in the amendments proposed by the US Department of Health & Human Services on January 18, 2022.

Proposed new text is displayed in bold underline, and proposed deletions to existing text are shown as strikethrough exactly as written in the proposal. All other text remains unchanged.

Article 5: Surveillance

NEW 5: WHO shall develop early warning criteria for assessing and progressively updating the national, regional, or global risk posed by an event of unknown causes or sources…

In practice this would accord the WHO unilateral authority to enact a universal health surveillance system devoid of public scrutiny or transparency, leaving open the possibility of manufactured sources of pandemics and other emergencies.

Article 9, Section 1

WHO may take into account reports from sources other than notifications or consultations and shall assess these reports according to established epidemiological principles and then communicate information on the event to the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring. Before taking any action based on such reports, WHO shall consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 10.

This excision from Article 9 eliminates consultations with the member state during an “alleged” health emergency while placing the WHO in a position to dictate how a State Party must proceed within its own territorial boundaries. This constitutes a threat to national sovereignty and self-determination.

Article 10, Section 4

If the State Party does not accept the offer of collaboration within 48 hours, WHO shall may, when justified by the magnitude of the public health risk, immediately share with other States Parties the information available to it, whilst encouraging the State Party to accept the offer of collaboration by WHO, taking into account the views of the State Party concerned.

Any nation rejecting the WHO’s declaration will have only 48 hours to reconsider its position and comply, or be subjected to pressures from other nations and/or penalties such as economic sanctions. The views of the affected nation will no longer be considered.

Article 12, Section 2

If the Director-General considers, based on an assessment under these Regulations, that a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern is occurring, the Director-General shall notify all States Parties and seek to consult with the State Party…. If the Director-General determines and the State Party are in agreement regarding this determination that the event constitutes a public health emergency of international concern, the Director-General shall, in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 49, seek the views of the Committee established under Article 48 (hereinafter the “Emergency Committee”) on appropriate temporary recommendations.

Article 12 creates a new subclass of health emergency empowering the WHO Director-General to unilaterally trigger pandemic protocols based on mere supposition of a “potential” threat. The stipulation that a nation must agree with the Director-General’s assessment is eliminated. Distant bureaucrats would be empowered to enact health policy not only for entire nations, but by extension for individuals – irrespective of the wishes of the nation or the people.

New Chapter IV (Article 53 bis-quater): The Compliance Committee

1. The State Parties shall establish a Compliance Committee that shall be responsible for:

(a) Considering information submitted to it by WHO and States Parties relating to compliance with obligations under these Regulations;

(b) Monitoring, advising on, and/or facilitating assistance on matters relating to compliance with a view to assisting States Parties to comply with obligations under these Regulations.

One of the IHR amendments’ most insidious changes is the creation of a “Compliance Committee” that will serve as the administrative and enforcement mechanism to ensure member states comply with WHO emergency directives involving infrastructure, capital expenditures, information gathering and implementation of emergency responses.

In sum, the IHR amendments would, among other changes:

Intensify the surveillance of all countries and their citizens.
Grant the WHO the authority to tell other member states when one member state isn’t reporting and launch punitive actions.
Empower the WHO Director-General to declare when and where a pandemic or “alleged” emergency is occurring using undisclosed sources.
Confer unrestricted powers to the Director-General to define and implement interventions.
Give the WHO the ability to access and mobilize capital in the event of a pandemic.
This power grab by the WHO, its donors, and stakeholders represents a direct attack on the political and economic sovereignty of all nations and their citizens.

By repeatedly promoting policies that caused catastrophic economic, social, physical, emotional and mental damage across the globe, the WHO has failed in its mission as global steward of public health and cannot be entrusted with setting policy for all citizens of the world.

Of note, the WHO enjoys immunity from every form of legal action, arrest, and searches of their papers, documents, and facilities.

The WHO should not be allocated more money, power, or authority nor should it be allowed to further control the world’s health agenda or implement biosecurity measures.

Global agreements brokered by unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats must never be permitted to rule any nation.

It is imperative that each nation and territory retain its sovereignty, especially during times of crisis, so that the entire global community can be protected from globally directed policies that primarily benefit powerful financial and ideological stakeholders.

The undersigned respectfully request that all nations and their representatives repudiate such agreements.

We strongly oppose the proposed IHR amendments which would require nations and their citizens to adhere to the dictates of an unaccountable global body.

We oppose any involvement in a treaty, agreement, or other legally binding global document that would hinder any nation’s sovereignty in the area of public health.

We assert that nations and their citizens are best-positioned and -equipped to make health decisions appropriate to their communities.

We demand that the people of each nation be in charge of determining their response to health crises.

As citizens of the world, we defend the rights, freedoms, and privacy of all members of the global community by calling for the rejection of the IHR amendments and the WHO’s attempt to usurp the power and authority of health policy from its rightful place – at home amongst the people.

The Russian government including President Putin now publicly acknowledges that Western provocations are increasing in scope and seriousness and are spinning the Ukrainian conflict out of control.

The Russian government has stated that the American F-16 aircraft supplied to Ukraine by the idiotic governments of Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, and Belgium will “be treated as nuclear-capable weapons.”

Dmitry Medvedev, former President of Russia and currently deputy director of the Russian Security Council has declared the West’s leaders to be “infantile morons” whose ignorant arrogance is leading to their destruction.

Alarmed by the increasing likelihood of NATO and US soldiers deployed to Ukraine and by the British Foreign Secretary’s statement that there are no prohibitions on Ukraine’s use of the UK-provided long range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory, President Putin has ordered the Russian Ministry of Defense to conduct exercises to guarantee Russia’s ability to rapidly deploy battlefield nuclear weapons.

Medvedev stated that while the moronic French president speaks of “strategic ambiguity,” for Russia there is no ambiguity. Russia’s “response will not be in Ukraine. There will be no hiding on Capitol Hill, in the Elysee Palace or at 10 Downing Street.”

These developments confirm that I was correct that Putin’s never-ending conflict would permit ever increasing Western interventions until the situation spins out of control. As Putin has never enforced any of his many red lines that the West has crossed in Ukraine, the West no longer regards Russian warnings as meaningful. The warnings are welcomed and used as propaganda to further rouse Western populations to “the Russian threat.”

I find it bewildering that Putin, and apparently Xi, still think the West will come to its senses and accept a multipolar world. The ignored reality is that Washington cannot possibly reposition Russia from enemy to trusted partner. Despite the enormous increase in provocations and elevation of tension, Russia and China are still unable to accept reality. In his inaugural speech Putin again gave his assurance that Russia does not renounce dialogue with the West. Apparently Putin is willing to be forever deceived as he was for eight years by the Minsk Agreement. Putin thinks the atmosphere has changed and today “reliability, mutual responsibility, sincerity, decency, nobility and courage” are highly valued. By whom, President Putin? Most certainly not by the West.

Putin’s aversion to reality is buttressed by that of Russian foreign affairs “experts.” For example, Andrey Bystritsky of the Valdai Discussion Club claims that Putin’s openness to dialogue with the US about a mutual security system will “undoubtedly be heard in the West. There is no doubt about it. They are listening carefully.” Please name one leader in the West who is seeking “diplomatic solutions.” If any such leader exists, he clearly has no influence.

The French president has sent French Foreign Legion troops to Ukraine.

The UK foreign minister has sent Ukraine long-range missiles with which to attack deep into Russia.

The Lithuanian prime minister dismisses Russian warnings and says she is ready to send troops to Ukraine. Biden calls the Russian president “Hitler” to justify more armaments and money for Ukraine.

These are not the words and deeds of those seeking diplomatic solutions. Russians have a difficult time engaging with reality, and it is the Russian failure to accept reality that is leading to nuclear war.

Putin does not understand that in America, the only remaining cement holding a dissolving society together is propaganda about “foreign enemies.”

American conservatives and super-patriots (USA! USA! USA!) oppressed by their own government rally to the support of their oppressive government against “foreign enemies.”

The designation of Russia, China, and Iran as enemies is essential for unity and for the power and profit of the powerful military/security complex. Without the propaganda, expressed by UK, EU, Biden and US Congressional leaders that Russia will next invade Europe, what would hold the West together? With the enormous investment Washington has in the portrait of Russia as Hitlerite evil, how can the Kremlin possibly entertain the hope of a partnership?

If Putin does not quickly bring an inexcusably over-long conflict to a victorious end before Ukraine fills up with Western troops, he will bequeath nuclear Armageddon to the world.

During and after World War I, Rudolf Steiner had already pointed out the capitalist methods of world domination that were being used by ruling groups in England, and especially in the USA. In an undated diary entry that must have been from 1917 or 1918, he wrote:
"The group of people who want to rule the earth using the dynamic capitalist economic impulses is setting the tone. They include all those circles of people that this group is able to bind and organize using economic means."

He calls these groups "Pluto-autocrats," by which he means a combination of plutocrat (= someone who exercises power through wealth) and autocrat (= dictatorial sole ruler), and then describes them as an occult group. Many of his lectures show that he is referring to a group that is organized in secret societies in the background, whose members dominate the economic, political and cultural life of the country.

In the continuation of this diary entry, Rudolf Steiner addresses a much deeper dimension of US imperialism, which is aimed at preventing the cultural interaction of German and Russian cultures at all costs. If this succeeds in the long term, world domination will be ceded to this group within the Anglo-American world, "until the true spiritual goal of the earth is rescued from the enslaved German-Slavic region through future streams of blood."

And of course, they want to end the human race and replace us with cyborgs and humanoids, controlled by AI.

They also want to lock off most wilderness areas and force mankind to 'enjoy nature' in a virtual way, in digitally rendered fake worlds.

And they want to eliminate all private property, forcing the world population to rent everything from the elites, even clothes, tools and toys. We should own nothing. This was declared publicly by the World Economic Forum with their world famous statement: 

'By 2030 you will own nothing, have no privacy and be happy.' 

None of this is exaggerated, but in reality they go much further than all of this. There are no bounds to their insane evil minds. And they are determined to accomplish all of it. In the USA the Biden administration has signed several executive orders to make sure many of these things will become reality soon. 

They are serious. Dead serious. While the world is dead asleep in total blindness and foolishness. 

The war they have unleasehd on humanity is beyond description. And the insanity of it all is that the vast majority of humanity agrees with it, supports it, and will fight anyone who opposes it.... because most people are so severely mind controlled and brain programmed, that they believe all of this is good for us, and those who oppose it are evil.

We saw that with the vaccines for the pandemic. Truthful, caring, courageous and good hearted people who warned others about these extremely dangerous injections, were attacked, banned, fired, censored, bullied, arrested, some murdered, beaten by police, and excommunicated from churches, families, schools, and so on. 

Those who defend what is good, are hated, and those who unleash the worst horrors of hell on our world, are defended. That is how extreme the brainwashing is of the masses.

It is all very serious and real.

So what we have is anti-white, brainwashed, indoctrinated European governments organizing the replacement of European ethnicities in their own ethnic countries and the transformation of the countries into towers of babel.

In the United States the destruction of white people is proceeding along a slightly different line. Over the decades the American ruling elites, which excludes “the people,” have solidified their control by establishing groups of intellectuals, media, celebrities, and government officials in organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Aspen Institute, the World Economic Forum, and there are many others, that have laid down the correct line, departure from which is minimal if a person intends to remain in the “formulation of public opinion.” Dissenters from official narratives are simply excluded from recognition.

“information disorder” is caused by truth-tellers, so the solution to the problem is to suppress truth-tellers.

Think about the members of the Aspen Institute. They are rich, mindless. They consider themselves important and are proud of their recognition as such by being members of the Aspen Institute. They welcome the high level approval associated with contributing to the official agendas. They are convinced that “white supremacy” in America can only be overcome by reducing the white population to a closely regulated in thought and deed minority.

In other words, the Aspen Institute and the rest of the elite organizations are a thousand-fold worst enemy of the American people than Russia, China, and Iran combined.

Perhaps this is dawning on the insouciant American population, a population long protected from reality by myths of its pureness and goodness and the home of the free. Military families themselves have turned on the anti-white US military and discourage their sons from signing up. Consequently, the services cannot meet their recruitment goals. After all, what white person would be motivated to serve the Biden regime’s anti-white view of America?

As white American citizens begin to comprehend that they are regarded as America’s enemy, US politicians are advocating signing up the immigrant-invaders who have violated our borders into the US military. In America as in Rome where Roman reliance on Germans as troops resulted in German rule, America will be ruled by immigrant-invaders. It is only a matter of time.

As an historical entity, the United States of America is far past her prime. With the Democrats’ open border policy and Democrat agitation for giving the vote to immigrant-invaders, it is difficult to say whether even the concept of the US as a nation any longer exists. How is a land without borders a country?

How is it that a country such as the USA whose President, legislature, and judiciary refuse to protect America’s borders has a government that lacks commitment to its own survival, but although totally uncommitted to the survival of its own country is committed to the survival of Ukraine and Israel?

Clearly, throughout the Western world democracy is a total failure. It is impossible for “representative government” to represent the ethnic citizens of the countries. In effect, the Western peoples are being erased, not only their voice, but their physical presence on earth.

Important to understand is that there is not one single new or original idea in Klaus Schwab’s so-called Great Reset agenda for the world. Nor is his Fourth Industrial Revolution agenda his or his claim to having invented the notion of Stakeholder Capitalism a product of Schwab.

Klaus Schwab is little more than a slick PR agent for a global technocratic agenda, a corporatist unity of corporate power with government, including the UN, an agenda whose origins go back to the beginning of the 1970s, and even earlier. The Davos Great reset is merely an updated blueprint for a global dystopian dictatorship under UN control that has been decades in development. The key actors were David Rockefeller and his protégé, Maurice Strong.

In the beginning of the 1970s, there was arguably no one person more influential in world politics than the late David Rockefeller, then largely known as chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank.

Creating the new paradigm
At the end of the 1960s and into the early 1970s, the international circles directly tied to David Rockefeller launched a dazzling array of elite organizations and think tanks. These included

The Club of Rome;

the 1001: A Nature Trust, tied to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF);

the Stockholm United Nations Earth Day conference;

the MIT-authored study, Limits to Growth;

and David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission.

Club of Rome
In 1968 David Rockefeller founded a neo-Malthusian think tank, The Club of Rome, along with Aurelio Peccei and Alexander King. Aurelio Peccei, was a senior manager of the Fiat car company, owned by the powerful Italian Agnelli family. Fiat’s Gianni Agnelli was an intimate friend of David Rockefeller and a member of the International Advisory Committee of Rockefeller’s Chase Manhattan Bank. Agnelli and David Rockefeller had been close friends since 1957. Agnelli became a founding member of David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission in 1973. Alexander King, head of the OECD Science Program was also a consultant to NATO. [i] That was the beginning of what would become the neo-Malthusian “people pollute” movement.

In 1971 the Club of Rome published a deeply-flawed report, Limits to Growth, which predicted an end to civilization as we knew it because of rapid population growth, combined with fixed resources such as oil. The report concluded that without substantial changes in resource consumption, “the most probable result will be a rather sudden and uncontrollable decline in both population and industrial capacity.”

It was based on bogus computer simulations by a group of MIT computer scientists. It stated the bold prediction, “If the present growth trends in world population, industrialization, pollution, food production, and resource depletion continue unchanged, the limits to growth on this planet will be reached sometime within the next one hundred years.” That was 1971. In 1973 Klaus Schwab in his third annual Davos business leader meeting invited Peccei to Davos to present Limits to Growth to assembled corporate CEOs. [ii]

In 1974, the Club of Rome declared boldly, “The Earth has cancer and the cancer is Man.” Then: “the world is facing an unprecedented set of interlocking global problems, such as, over-population, food shortages, non-renewable resource [oil-w.e.] depletion, environmental degradation and poor governance.” [iii] They argued that,

‘horizontal’ restructuring of the world system is needed…drastic changes in the norm stratum – that is, in the value system and the goals of man – are necessary in order to solve energy, food, and other crises, i.e., social changes and changes in individual attitudes are needed if the transition to organic growth is to take place. [iv]

In their 1974 report, Mankind at the Turning Point, The Club of Rome further argued:

Increasing interdependence between nations and regions must then translate as a decrease in independence. Nations cannot be interdependent without each of them giving up some of, or at least acknowledging limits to, its own independence. Now is the time to draw up a master plan for organic sustainable growth and world development based on global allocation of all finite resources and a new global economic system. [v]

That was the early formulation of the UN Agenda 21, Agenda2030 and the 2020 Davos Great Reset.

David Rockefeller and Maurice Strong
By far the most influential organizer of Rockefeller’s ‘zero growth’ agenda in the early 1970s was David Rockefeller’s longtime friend, a billionaire oilman named Maurice Strong.

Canadian Maurice Strong was one of the key early propagators of the scientifically flawed theory that man-made CO2 emissions from transportation vehicles, coal plants and agriculture caused a dramatic and accelerating global temperature rise which threatens “the planet”, so-called Global Warming.

As chairman of the 1972 Earth Day UN Stockholm Conference, Strong promoted an agenda of population reduction and lowering of living standards around the world to “save the environment.”

Strong stated his radical ecologist agenda:

“Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” [vi]

This is what is now taking place under cover of a hyped global pandemic.

Strong was a curious choice to head a major UN initiative to mobilize action on the environment, as his career and his considerable fortune had been built on exploitation of oil, like an unusual number of the new advocates of ‘ecological purity,’ such as David Rockefeller or Robert O. Anderson of Aspen Institute or Shell’s John Loudon.

Strong had met David Rockefeller in 1947 as a young Canadian eighteen and from that point, his career became tied to the network of the Rockefeller family.[vii] Through his new friendship with David Rockefeller, Strong, at age 18, was given a key UN position under UN Treasurer, Noah Monod. The UN’s funds were conveniently enough handled by Rockefeller’s Chase Bank. This was typical of the model of “public-private partnership” to be deployed by Strong—private gain from public government. [viii]

In the 1960s Strong had become president of the huge Montreal energy conglomerate and oil company known as Power Corporation, then owned by the influential Paul Desmarais. Power Corporation was reportedly also used as a political slush fund to finance campaigns of select Canadian politicians such as Pierre Trudeau, father of Davos protégé Justin Trudeau, according to Canadian investigative researcher, Elaine Dewar. [ix]

Earth Summit I and Rio Earth Summit
By 1971 Strong was named Undersecretary of the United Nations in New York and Secretary General of the upcoming Earth Day conference, United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (Earth Summit I) in Stockholm, Sweden. He was also named that year as a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation – which financed his launch of the Stockholm Earth Day project.[x] In Stockholm the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) was created with Strong as its head.

By 1989 Strong was named by the UN Secretary General to head the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development or UNCED (“Rio Earth Summit II”). He oversaw the drafting of the UN “Sustainable Environment” goals there, the Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development that forms the basis of Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset, as well as creation of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) of the UN. Strong, who was also a board member of Davos WEF, had arranged for Schwab to serve as a key adviser to the Rio Earth Summit.

As Secretary General of the UN Rio Conference, Strong also commissioned a report from the Club of Rome, The First Global Revolution, authored by Alexander King which admitted that the CO2 global warming claim was merely an invented ruse to force change:

“The common enemy of humanity is man.
In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up
with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming,
water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these
dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through
changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome.
The real enemy then, is humanity itself.” [xi]

President Clinton’s delegate to Rio, Tim Wirth, admitted the same, stating,

“We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.” [xii]

At Rio Strong first introduced the manipulative idea of “sustainable society” defined in relation this arbitrary goal of eliminating CO2 and other so-called Greenhouse Gases. Agenda 21 became Agenda 2030 in Sept 2015 in Rome, with the Pope’s blessing, with 17 “sustainable” goals. It declared among other items,

“Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlement, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership also is a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice…Social justice, urban renewal, and development, the provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only ‘be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole.”

In short private land ownership must become socialized for “society as a whole,” an idea well-known in Soviet Union days, and a key part of the Davos Great Reset.

At Rio in 1992 where he was chairman and General Secretary, Strong declared:

“It is clear that current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class— involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work place air-conditioning, and suburban housing — are not sustainable.” [xiii] (emphasis added)

By that time Strong was at the very center of the transformation of the UN into the vehicle for imposing a new global technocratic “paradigm” by stealth, using dire warnings of planet extinction and global warming, merging government agencies with corporate power in an unelected control of pretty much everything, under the cover of “sustainability.” In 1997 Strong oversaw creation of the action plan following the Earth Summit, The Global Diversity Assessment, a blueprint for the roll out of a Fourth Industrial Revolution, an inventory of every resource on the planet, how it would be controlled , and how this revolution would be achieved.[xiv]

At this time Strong was co-chairman of Klaus Schwab’s Davos World Economic Forum. In 2015 on Strong’s death, Davos founder Klaus Schwab wrote,

“He was my mentor since the creation of the Forum: a great friend; an indispensable advisor; and, for many years, a member of our Foundation Board.” [xv]

Before he was left UN over an Iraq Food-for-Oil corruption scandal, Strong was member of the Club of Rome, Trustee of the Aspen Institute, Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation and Rothschild Foundation. Strong was also a director of the Temple of Understanding of the Lucifer Trust (aka Lucis Trust) housed at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City,

“where pagan rituals include escorting sheep and cattle to the alter for blessing. Here, Vice President Al Gore delivered a sermon, as worshippers marched to the altar with bowls of compost and worms…” [xvi]

This is the dark origin of Schwab’s Great Reset agenda where we should eat worms and have no private property in order to “save the planet.” The agenda is dark, dystopian and meant to eliminate billions of us “ordinary humans.”

The WHO has become a hub for economic and political power interests. How does the concentration of power of the WHO fit in with decentralised Switzerland? Why is it possible for an organization with such aspirations and a proven lousy track record to operate from Switzerland at all? The head of the WHO wants to impose pandemic emergencies on a binding basis for the world and recommend binding measures, co-financed by China and Bill Gates. At the same time, Bill Gates finances the Swiss regulatory authority Swissmedic and the RKI in Germany, among others. How can this be legal, let alone legitimate? Not at all, it's a coup from above. Bret Weinstein put it in a nutshell:

"Citizens of the world, we are under attack: the principles of sovereignty, freedom and the ability to reach consensus are being destroyed by a global elite."

What is that but the path to a global control world state?
After the pandemic is before the pandemic. The responsible actors tell the world to their faces the nonchalance with which they can look into the future. Those who benefit from emergencies, as Adorno already knew, will create emergencies. It's a simple incentive system. Except: fearless citizens stand up to it and no longer participate, and that en masse. The monkeypox two years ago was no longer able to scare anyone. Bird flu is currently developing into the next pipe dream. But the WHO is not letting up. Once again, she changed the definition of a pandemic, which seems to mutate as merrily as the variants of the coronavirus through vaccination. Now reference is no longer made to the danger to life and limb, but to risk assessments, i.e. modelling. The high risk, for example, that a disease could spread geographically to several countries, overload the health system and disrupt trade, is enough to flip the switch of an emergency.

The details often hold the most significant challenges., i.e. always the details of the legal definition. Whoever models the emergency flips the switch of power by mathematics. Completely technocratic, completely far from democracy.

Time to dissolve the WHO!
