EXHIBIT F: World Government '26?

In a paper published in June 2023, the Stimson Center has proposed 2026 as the date for an Article 109 United Nations Charter Review Conference—meant to serve as a constitutional convention for the UN.

The UN, it seems, was always intended to mature one day into a full-grown world government.

As covered earlier in this series, Madeleine Albright kickstarted the recent spate of UN reform efforts, starting around 2015.

Her report was reprinted later that year by Global Policy Journal. On the board of Global Policy: George Soros, Anne-Marie Slaughter, and Agustin Carstens—a Mexican banker who now leads the Bank For International Settlements, and who in 2020 discussed ominous plans for central bank digital currencies.

In September Stimson reiterated its call for the 2026 Charter Review Conference in a report with the Doha Forum.

Why 2026 was chosen is unclear. It was suggested last year as a possible date by Senior World Bank economist, Augusto Lopez-Claros. In November he delivered a speech at a longstanding globalist meeting in India which for two decades has called explicitly for world government. (I’ll be saying more about this Indian conference in future episodes.)
