For those that wonder why it was taken down, it's called smart censorship. The Soviet union made the mistake of censoring everything to the point where everyone could see that it was happening. They have learnt from this mistake and only censor the bare minimum needed to keep people ignorant. Something I've noticed myself is the selective removing of comments. They don't removal all of them but they remove ones that make specific points about specific topics and thus preventing any real nuanced discussion.
