Enail Couture Haul

Check out what I got in my recent $20 Enail Couture scoop! Although I really appreciate the products, and this scoop was particularly good, I might not be getting another one for a while. I already have a lot of products to use, and I mentioned that in my video. Unfortunately, I've heard some complaints about Customer Service.
While I prefer not to speak negatively about brands, I believe in holding them accountable and being transparent. I've noticed some inconsistencies with the scoops, and although the smaller ones are still worth the money, I think how Customer Service handles inquiries about these issues is crucial. It would be helpful to have more transparency regarding the trend of the initial scoops being larger. I do like the products, especially the nail tips, and the $20 and color scoops seem like a good deal, but maybe not the super scoops. Let me know your thoughts if you've purchased a scoop!
