250g of Tinned or precooked cannellini beans
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Salad leaves: Lettuce leaves of choice e.g. Kos or Romaine, baby spinah, rocket
1 chopped celery stick
8 cherry tomatoes chopped or whole
Green olives (to taste)
Dressing: 1 - 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 Squeezed lemon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
