Bart Simpson Costume tutorial. This is Cal O'Ween !

Today we'll be recreating Bart Simpson from the longest running animated T.V. series of all time..The Simpsons.

What I used to create this look..

A brown paper bag
Yellow spray paint
Crayola Model Magic
Mehren liquid make up in yellow
Spirit gum adhesive
Bald cap

What I bought

Blue maternity shorts - $7.00 / Goodwill
Shirt - $2.00 / Thrift
Yellow long sleeve shirt - $15.00 / amazon
Shoes - $42.00 used / eBay

This costume cost me around $66.00

I already had the panty hose, girdle, polyfill and spray paint. You may have at least a plain red T-Shirt, blue shorts and blue converse or high top / low top sneaker in your home right now. As always, use what you have first.
