Part 2 covers usury and interest from a biblical perspective and the role the church and state play together when it comes to usury and interest (taking gain) and points to it as it was and is the root cause of what is plaguing the globe. Stowe's book was first published in 1896 with updates up to September of 1913 - about 2 and a half months before the Federal Reserve came into existence. If usury is not eliminated, the people will remain as economic debt slaves
