On March the 6th 2024 in episode 195 of Don’t Talk TV, I talked about Bill C-63 the new liberal hate crime Bill & I discussed the fact that these laws have been around for quite a while the main thing that’s happened here really is upping the ante if you will increasing the maximum penalties. So, I thought today would be a good time to revisit what the law is currently and specifically look at what sort of thoughts and words are being punished and what sort of penalties under the current regime are being handed out.
