Nicole Malliotakis, the Republican and Conservative Party candidate in New York’s 11th Congressional District (Staten Island-Southwestern Brooklyn), called-on Democrat elected officials to, “come to grips with the fact that the bail reform laws they support are putting our senior citizens and every New Yorker at risk.” Assemblywoman Malliotakis made the statement at a Tuesday afternoon news conference, held steps away from the apartment building where a 85 year-old resident was sexually assaulted on October 15th.
