India has left no stone unturned in destabilising and carrying out terrorist activities in the region, especially Pakistan.

Pakistani security agencies have successfully exposed Indian terrorist groups and Indian handlers / facilitators involved in heinous terrorist acts and targeted killings in Pakistan

Pakistan's security agencies have furnished credible evidence, exposing that Indian citizens Ashok Kumar and Yogesh Kumar's were directly involvement in the murder of Mohammad Riaz and Shahid Latif. The target killers of Muhammad Riaz and Shahid Latif have been successfully apprehended by LEAs, in the light of irrefutable evidence.

The target killers, their accomplices, and facilitators were arrested while they were trying to escape from Pakistan.

It is pertinent to highlight that Mohammad Riaz was mercilessly killed on 8 September 2023 in Rawalakot, while Shahid Latif was killed by target killers on 11 October 2023 in Daska.

Muhammad Riaz and Shahid Latif were peaceful citizens, and the only crime that caused them their lives was to expose India's barbaric face and its brutality in Kashmir.

Investigative agencies have credible evidence that Indian nationals in third countries were involved in this entire targeted killing campaign, who were not only funding but also giving instructions and controlling the campaign.

India has been involved in killing innocent citizens in terrorist acts in other countries as well including Pakistan.

India is perpetually engaged in continuous violations of international laws:

India is in complete violation of Article 3 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and Article 2 (4) of International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).

Previously, state-sponsored extrajudicial killings by Indian agencies in Pakistan and in the international sphere have been brought to light by various credible sources / agencies .

Last year, the brutal murder of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar, by India, made headlines globally. Canada had strongly reacted over the murder of Nijjar and highlighted the killing globally.

It is not a hidden truth anymore that India plotted to kill all the Sikh leaders, who dared to raise their voice against India's atrocious acts.

After Nijjar murder, India didn't stop but carried out another nefarious plan, to assassinate American-based Sikh leader GurPatwant Singh Pannu, which was foiled by the timely action of American intelligence agencies. The accused of this murder plan, is facing judicial proceedings in the United States.

India has created group assassins worldwide through RAW.

It is indeed a great achievement of the security agencies of Pakistan that they successfully caught this notorious group and brought the evidence to light.

The United Nations must take notice of this blatant terrorism and violation of international laws by India and demand an answer from it.
