Investors/Real Estate Agents Put on Notice about the Bank Fraud with HAPO Community Credit Union

This happened on Friday, March 29, 2024 at approximately 1:30pm where these men trespassed on my land in which I have Allodial Title. That is superior to the "color of title" that the bank has and it is ALL FRAUD.

HAPO Community Credit Union representatives such as Ken Hohenberg, Chairman of HAPO & Ex-Police Chief of 30 years for the Kennewick PD, along with Michelle Bertolino Attorney for Ken AND TRUSTEE??? In the state of Oregon by the way... same state where the "Private Auctioneer" came from. Connected?

Why did these investors feel so emboldened to behave as they did during the unlawful foreclosure sale of the APN number. Because they only bought the "fiction" and I own the land. It was not rebutted in the 60 day legal notice. Therefore it is mine forevermore until I decide I want to pass it on to my heirs or sell it. But they are trying to steal my land. Even though they know fraud has taken place and they are all completely ignoring it.

The truth is coming out about these unlawful foreclosures, where investors are there with their certified digits ready to steal your wealth. Perhaps they are just trying to make a quick buck? On this day they met the face of the whistleblower who has caught HAPO Community Credit Union red-handed in bank fraud. In the meantime, bad actors in the background are playing theatre outside of the county courthouses all across America and STEALING from the people in a non-judicial process. That is not due process. That is not lawful. How can money be owed when there is no money? And they provided no money?

The truth is starting to get exposed and the people who are doing this behind the scene. We the people are the news now.
