Riverside Registrar Claims Underage Voter Registered Fraudulently - April 9, 2024.

Parents stated that many of their children's friends at Chaparral High School were mailed ballots for the March 2024 primary, even though they were 16 and 17 years old at the time of the election.

Art claims he only received one ballot that was sent to a minor and that it was because that minor filled out a registration card and purposefully wrote in the wrong birthdate.
