Blini (Russian style crepes)

Russian Blini are similar to French Crepes, just a different consistency. This video walks you through making them from start to finish, including a recipe.
Once they're ready, they can be served with sweetened sourcream, or with a variety of other fillings. (As I make more, I'll share variations in separate videos and refer to this "Blini" recipe as the base). Enjoy!
(If you let the batter "mature" for minimum one hour in fridge prior to cooking, they'll be more elastic and easier to flip).
