4-3-24. Direction Audio Attack Detected in Azusa, California

Directional audio or HyperSound® Pro Audio technology, and LRAD is an innovation in audio that generates a directional ultrasonic beam of sound. Stephen Watson, targeted individual, detected directional audio panning in both ears while in his car parked at the Target store in Azusa, California. Some TI's describe voice-to-skull (V2K) but Stephen believes in this instance it was not microwave hearing (Frey effect) but ultrasonic waves similar to LRAD. He also gets targeted with directed energy causing physical pain that the military and law enforcement term intermediate force capabilities. Directed energy is called the silent weapon since it can not be seen by the naked eye but can physically affect objects being targeted.
