Can't say I've really seen all that much apart from one or two rare occasions where a car chase kicks off nearby. But having a small pack of scavs chilling by the side of the road only to start shooting it out with the Maelstrom roadblock, that for sure felt like something new, usually they just sit there doing nothing the entire time.
