"Tirah Valley"

Tirah, mountainous tract in west-central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. It lies on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border between the Khyber Pass and Khanki Valley, northwest of Kohat town. It is inhabited mainly by Afrīdī and Ōrakzay Pashtun tribes.
