OREGON - Government CAN BE Fiscally Responsible!

Oregon Citizen interviews Clackamas County Commissioner Chair Tootie Smith. She explains how the NEW Clackamas County Courthouse will be built WITHOUT any new taxes or bonds. The county did a self audit and found $15 MILLION in their budget to fund the new courthouse.
