U.S. Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen today threatened to slap American sanctions on Chinese banks if China provides any assistance to Russia’s war in Ukraine. The threat came days after Bloomberg News reported that the Chinese PLA is providing geospatial intelligence to Russia.
