Simeon Boikov is the Aussie Cossack

For over 450 days Simeon Simeon Boikov has been seeking asylum on the Sydney Australia Russian consulate. Russian President Vladimir Putin has personally granted Simeon Russian citizenship by Presidential decree.

Simeon has proved that Australia's are fighting in the Ukrainian war as Commanders. It's unlikely they're mercenaries. Ukrainian is a proxy war with Russia by NATO and the West.
