Introduction :

A mix of western and traditional assorted together to form a special recipe for your Eid menu, caramel halwa. This sweet dessert will be loved by all your family members, kids, adults, everyone. it is a must try on your recipe bucket list. Containing your local Suji ka halwa, caramel, nuts, sugar satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients :

-Suji 2 cups ( semolina)
-Doodh 4 cups ( Milk )
-Cheeni 1 & 1/2 cup ( Sugar ) or to taste
-Desi Ghee 1 cups MELTED
-Pani 1/4 cup ( Water )
-Choti Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp ( Green cardamom powder )
-Badam chopped 3 -4 tbsp ( Almonds )
-Pista Chopped 3 tbsp ( Pistachio )
-Kishmish 2 tbsp ( Raisins )
-Akhrot chopped 2 tbsp ( Walnuts )

Direction For Cooking :

-In a bowl add semolina and milk mix well and rest it for 15 -20 mins.
- So the semolina will absorb the milk.
-Take a deep wok add sugar use medium low flame keep stirring until sugar starts melting.
-When sugar starts melting turn the flame low .
-When the color of sugar start turning golden turn off the flame and add melted desi ghee cook it just for amin then turn off the flame.
-Add water be careful while adding water it will burn you.
-Mix well for a min then add soaked semolina and then turn on the the flame use medium flame.
-Cook it for 10 -15 mins then turn the flame low.
-Add 2 tbsp of desi ghee or more if you like.
-Cook until oil separates .
-Add green cardamom powder , pistachio , almonds , raisins , walnuts mix well and again cook it for 4 -5 mins
-Garnish with some chopped nuts or as you want and serve.
Serving for 6 -8
