For the dough;
1 tea glass of oil (125 ml)
1 tea glass of semolina
2 eggs (one with yolk for the top)
Half a glass of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 cups flour

For the sherbet;
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
2 glasses of water (400 ml)
A few drops of lemon juice

For the above;
1 egg yolk

For service;
Powdered pistachios
