Participants include: Ken Owen, director of media relations for DePauw University; Greencastle Fire Chief Bill Newgent; Doug Cox, director of public safety at DePauw; James Lincoln, vice president for student life; Dorian Shager from the student life office; Neal Abraham, vice president for academic affairs.

This session took place later in the day on April 7; the fire began in the morning. No one was seriously hurt.
