Jay Valentine of Fractal, a quantum compute technology located in Austin TX. We work with large electric utilities building large artificial intelligence systems that run at 200 million transactions per second, not possible with relational databases to protect the power grid. We have strong background in identity fraud and have invented a technology called "Similarity Search" and have received six patents.

We started looking at the 2020 Wisconsin voter rolls and now have pro-bono looked at the voter rolls from 26 states. We now have the largest database ever created of voter records (1.7 Billion).
