Choosing Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Fitness Over Death

We make choices everyday, and everyone has bad habits. I know I have more bad habits than good ones. The Bible says, "the wages of sin is death," and that statement is very accurate. Nothing good will come from choosing sin, and everytime we resist temptation, we give God victory, and glorify him. Our reward for making better choices is a more healthy, and fulfilling life, but change is not easy.
