Most ranch rodeo bucking horses tend to be easier rides than you might see in PRCA pro rodeos. In this rodeo, however, the rough stock contractor brought some horses that tested these working ranch cowhands' riding skills to their limits. #WRCA #RanchRodeo #broncriding #Rodeo

Ten teams representing working ranches in the Roaring Springs region compete against one another in order to qualify for entry in the WRCA World Championship Ranch Rodeo in Amarillo. The Old Settlers Reunion & Rodeo is always a great excuse to return to a small, beautiful town I have known since childhood.

The Motley Dickens Old Settlers Reunion and Rodeo is an annual celebration for the two sparsely populated counties with a long heritage of farming and ranching history.
