Judge Responds: Shuts Down Jack Smith

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s public feud with Judge Aileen Cannon, the judge in President Donald Trump’s classified documents case, continues to intensify. Many on the far Left want Smith to try to remove Judge Cannon from the case. Further, Judge Cannon also just denied Trump’s motion to dismiss the case based on the Presidential Records Act, but will this appease Smith?
Remember that this case relates to the classified documents obtained during the FBI’s raid at Mar-a-Lago. And we have another example of unjust lawfare being conducted against President Trump. The far Left is using the justice system to try and freeze him out.
Smith is running out of time, and he doesn’t want Trump’s legal team to have any input on jury instructions, which is outrageous. If the only jury instructions given imply guilt, then we no longer have a U.S. court system where everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
