Aluminum strip/coils 1000series, 3000series, 5000series, 6000series
Aluminum strip is an aluminum deep-processing product formed by slitting aluminum coils. It is an important raw material in industryï¼›According to the different alloy elements contained in the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip and the aluminum plate are also divided into 8 series. However, the commonly used series are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series. According to the different annealing states of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can be divided into fully soft (o state), semi-hard (H24) and fully hard (h18). The most commonly used ones should belong to the all-soft series, because the O state is easier to stretch and bend.
Aluminum strips have many uses, such as: aluminum-plastic composite pipes, cables, optical cables, transformers, heaters, blinds, etc.
Commonly used alloy grades of aluminum strips include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011, etc. Commonly used states include O state and H state. O represents soft state and H represents hard state. Numbers can be used after O and H to indicate the degree of softness and hardness, as well as the degree of annealing.
The specific uses of aluminum strips include: transformer aluminum strips (transformer aluminum foil), aluminum strips for high-frequency welding hollow aluminum strips, aluminum strips for fin radiators, aluminum strips for cables, aluminum strips for stamping, aluminum strips for aluminum edge strips, etc.
Aluminum alloy strip categories include: pure aluminum strip, transformer aluminum strip, super-hard aluminum strip, fully soft aluminum strip, semi-hard aluminum strip, and rust-proof aluminum strip.
1060 is used in situations where high corrosion resistance and formability are required, but strength is not required. Chemical equipment is a typical use.
1100 is used for processing parts and components that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high strength, such as chemical products, food industry equipment and storage containers, thin plate processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, Welded parts, heat exchangers, printed boards, nameplates, reflective equipment
3004 Plate, thick plate, tensile tube. As long as the extruded tube is used for all-aluminum can bodies, it requires higher components than 3003 alloy, chemical product production and storage equipment, thin plate processing parts, building baffles, cable ducts, sewers, various lighting parts
3003 Plate.Strip. foil. Thick plate, stretched tube. Squeeze tube. type. Great. Wire. Cold worked bars, cold worked wires, rivet wires, forgings, foils, and heat sink materials are mainly used for processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance, or good weldability, or require both of these properties. There are workpieces that require higher strength than 1*** series alloys, such as tanks and tanks for transporting liquids, pressure tanks, storage devices, heat exchangers, chemical equipment, aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipelines, reflectors, kitchen equipment, washing machine tubs body, rivets, welding wire.
5052 This alloy has good formability, corrosion resistance, burnability, fatigue strength and moderate static strength. It is used to manufacture aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, as well as sheet metal parts of transportation vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp brackets and rivets. , hardware products, etc.
