Cyber Attack or Neglect? The Baltimore Bridge Collapse

Reporter and journalist Laura Logan has reported that the bridge collapse in Baltimore was a cyber attack. She states that her informants in the Biden administration told her this and Biden knows this is a cyber attack and trying to cover it up. What do you guys think?
