2. Add cold water, form a ball, rest in the fridge for 2 hours
3. Roll out a thin layer, cut out discs and fit into moulds.
4. Fill: half baskets with Philadelphia herbs and caramelized onions; half with Philadelphia with Norwegian salmon and avocado.
