‘This is how the nuclear apocalypse movie starts’ – Musk reacts to ‘Ukraine in NATO’ statement

Elon Musk has given his thoughts on US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s assertion that Ukraine will join NATO and the prognosis, according to Musk, does not look good.

Musk was responding to Blinken’s remarks to the media following a meeting of NATO diplomats, in which he said, ‘Ukraine will become a member of NATO. Our purpose at the summit is to help build a bridge to that membership and to create a clear pathway for Ukraine moving forward.’
Musk’s reply to this was unambiguous. ‘This is literally how the nuclear apocalypse movie starts,’ he wrote on X, alongside a clip from 1983 nuclear disaster movie The Day After.
Many in the comments appeared to agree with Musk, with a large number of them blaming Washington for attempting to start ‘World War 3.’

Let’s hope this was a mistake on Musk’s part, and he actually meant to post a clip from the Paw Patrol movie.
