Streets submerged as major flooding hits West Virginia

On Thursday, April 4, significant rainfall caused heavy flooding in parts of West Virginia along the Ohio River.

Officials shut down roads, and the fire department rescued several residents. The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the area.
