Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
130 g oat flakes.
240 ml hot water.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
2 eggs.
2 teaspoons stevia.
vanilla extract.
100g yogurt.
50g melted butter.
1 apple.
80g blueberries.
5g baking powder.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes.

Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
1 glass of water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1/2 pumpkin weighing 800 g.
A pinch of salt.
1 TBSP. Sweetener.
3 TBSP. vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 tablespoon flaxseed.
Dried apricots.
Some walnuts.
Seed mix.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Soak the parchment in water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
Let cool down.
