State Of Emergency In Orenburg region, Russia

The flood peak has not yet passed in the Orenburg region. The authorities imposed a state of emergency in the region. Residents have been evacuated from dangerous areas.
According to the latest report, more than 500 houses and more than 2 thousand private plots were flooded in Orenburg. Almost 1.5 thousand people were evacuated.
Climate is changing due to 12,000 year cycle.
